The company behind  the websites youporn.com and Pornhub.com is MindGeek.
MindGeek is legally registered in Luxembourg, but operates from Montreal, Canada. It has offices in

Initially YouPorn.com was registered by a company based in Curacao. It was setup by the German entrepreneur Fabian Th. Fabian Th., whose online sex empire turned over 100 million a year, made a fortune after co-founding the world’s most profitable online pornography empire.

Belgium

In 2012, Fabian Th. was arrested in Belgium on suspicion of tax evasion. (According to Belgian Company registers, his official address was at that time avenue Baron d’Huart in 1950 Kraainem, Belgium and Karel van Lorrainlaan in Tervuren).
In October 2013,  Fabian Th. sold his stake in Manwin; the same year Manwin was renamed to Mindgeek.com.

Canada

MindGeek Holding Inc is registered with the Registraire des Entreprises du Québec under the number 1169455970 and having its registered office at 600-7777 boulevard Décarie, Montréal (Québec) H4P2H2 Canada.
MindGeek Holding inc. in Canada is owned by “9288-1259 Québec inc.” which is owned by businessmen Antoon Feras and David Tassillo.
Antoon Feras is also a producer of (hard core) films – see Imdb Feras Antoon Producer.

Luxembourg.

MINDGEEK S.A R.L. ( B181337), registered in Luxembourg by MindGeek Holding Inc., a company under the laws of Canada
Registered by a company established in Luxembourg Rue Gabriel Lippman 34,  5365 Munsbach, Luxembourg.

Manwin has often been credited for revolutionising the business of internet porn after it decided to take a technology-driven approach to the porn industry, which has enabled its free “tube” sites, like YouPorn, to flourish in the last five years.
Due to the phenomenal success of his sites, the founder of YouPorn.com has often been described as the Mark Zuckerberg of porn.
